The data acquired will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the current privacy legislation, in particular Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Reg. 2016/679 (GDPR).

Who is the Data Controller of your data? ppersonal?

NSA Italia Srl, (hereinafter also “NSA” or “Data Controller”), collects and processes your personal data, pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter also the “Regulation”).

Which of your personal data are processed? 

Browsing data

The technical connection data of users are recorded in text files stored in the server's memory (so-called log files).

A series of technical data are recorded within the log files, such as: (IP address of the visitor, date and time of access, page viewed, any web page of origin, browser and operating system used, etc.).

If you request information on the services we provide, we will process your Identification and contact data (name, surname, email address, etc.), Data relating to qualifications, personal conditions and services you are interested in (job title, company you work for, etc.). Personal Data will be processed manually and/or with the support of computer or telematic means. For the purposes of this information, processing of Personal Data means any operation or set of operations, performed with the aid of automated processes and applied to Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.

For what purposes we process your data and why we can do it?

THE Browsing data (log files), are processed for security reasons to pursue our legitimate interest in checking the correct functioning of the site and protecting our systems from possible cyber attacks.

We treat yours Identification and contact data and related to the services you are interested in to be able to contact you again, even by telephone, to provide you with the information requested, therefore for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request.

How do we process your data?

Personal Data will be processed manually and/or with the support of computer or telematic means. For the purposes of this information, processing of Personal Data means any operation or set of operations, performed with the aid of automated processes and applied to Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.

To whom are your data communicated?

Your Personal Data will be processed by NSA, in particular:

• by NSA employees and collaborators specifically appointed as Persons Authorized to process data;
• from third-party companies or other entities (“Third Parties”) who carry out certain outsourced activities (e.g. website management) on behalf of NSA, in their capacity as external data controllers;

Where is your data processed?

Personal Data will be processed within the European Union and stored on servers located within the European Union.

For qhow much timepor do we keep your data?

The Personal Data processed for the purposes indicated above will be retained in compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been achieved; in any case, the browsing data will not persist for more than 30 days and will be deleted at the end of this period (except in the event of the need to ascertain crimes by the Judicial Authority).

Your Identification and contact data and related to the services you are interested in will be retained by NSA Italia in compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been pursued.

QWhat are your rights?

Pursuant to articles 15 – 22 of the GDPR, in relation to Personal Data directly and/or indirectly communicated and/or provided, you have the right to:

• access and request a copy;
• request rectification;
• request deletion;
• obtain limitation of processing;
• object to processing;
• receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance; where technically feasible.

To exercise your rights you may send a communication to the email address at the email address privacy@nesea.it  or a registered letter with return receipt to NSA Italia Srl., Via Benozzo Gozzoli n. 92/A – 000142 Rome (RM).

Finally, remember that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, by:

• Hand delivery to the offices of the Guarantor located in Piazza Venezia n. 11 – 00187 Rome;
• registered letter with return receipt addressed to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, Piazza Venezia n. 11 – 00187 Rome;
